Cool Me Off Elmo

Amelia got this great ELMO sprinkler for her birthday. The first time we tried it she was a little scared. Now with temperatures spiking into the 95-100 F range in Oklahoma she loves it.

Caped Crusader

Amelia loves to play peek-a-boo in the closet. She opens and closes the doors, looking genuinely surprised each time. She is also sporting a cape is this shot. Very dashing.

Amelia loves touring her block in her new red wagon. It was a birthday present from the Wasson/Marchant family, thanks guys.

It's Not Easy Being Green

Since we did not know whether Amelia would be a boy or girl before she was born we chose greens and yellows for her room and a frog theme. Sometimes Amelia gets a little frog overload. Here she is laying on her oversized stuffed frog reading about frogs in the pond. Ribbit might be her first word!

Little Economizer

Amelia recently went off formula and is nearly off bottles. This saves mom and dad a great amount of money and time. Formula is quite expensive. For a while she was downing $40 of the stuff each week. You could build up a decent wine cellar at that rate. She is also saving us a great deal of time by transitioning from the bottle to an everyday cup. Because of her reflux she was using highly specialized Dr. Brown's Natural Flow Bottle . These intricate devices have six parts per bottle and each must be thoroughly cleaned, usually several times each day. Thanks Amelia, enjoy the milk from your cup.

First Bike Ride
